Tasting Notes

“LIOLÀ” a carefree, witty and slightly vagabond character from Pirandello’s comedy, he embodies the spirit of Peri Peri and of this dry Zibibbo unconventional version.

At the view, the Zibibbo LIOLÀ has a straw yellow color with some golden reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich and exotic bouquet with prominent notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. There are also floral hints of orange blossoms and jasmine, along with delicate herbal notes. On the palate, LIOLÀ is dry, fresh, and harmoniously expresses tropical flavors, with a long persistence.

It pairs perfectly with raw fish or shellfish.
