Tasting Notes

The “VIENTU”, a charming blend of Primitivo, Negroamaro and Nero di Troia, brings into the glass the strength with which the wind blows on the South of Puglia throughout the year. Being bathed on three sides by the sea, the southernmost part of this region is exposed to sea breezes and winds, which give the wines organoleptic complexity and allow the grapes to ripen and remain healthy.

The VIENTU has a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and ripe plum, combined with toasted spices. It has a soft and intense taste with pronounced notes of preserved fruit and tobacco on the finish.

It is the ideal wine to pair with roasted red meats and game dishes.
