The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo of the Idi Di Marzo estate has an intense black color, with deep purple veins, the result of careful processing of the vineyard to ensure low yield per hectare, which gives structure and good organoleptic complexity. The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October. Then, the maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperatures allows to extract the typical, intense color from the skins. The wine continues its ageing for one year in steel tanks and for three months in the bottle.
On the nose it has hints of berries, currants and jam. In the mouth it is warm, well balanced, with a pleasant persistence. It is the ideal wine for a wide range of dishes, easy to combine and perfect to drink every day.
